General Rules and Regulations

At ROOTS School, we believe that maintaining discipline and fostering a cooperative relationship between the school, students, and parents is essential for creating a successful learning environment.

For Students

Punctuality: Students must arrive at school on time. Latecomers will not be allowed to attend the first session of the day without a valid reason.
Attendance: A minimum of 90% attendance is required for students to be eligible for promotion to the next grade. Absences must be justified with a written note from the parent/guardian.

Support School Policies: Parents are expected to fully support the school’s policies and ensure that their children comply with all school rules and regulations.
Punctuality in Pick-up and Drop-off: Parents must ensure that students are dropped off and picked up on time. Late pick-ups can cause unnecessary inconvenience to school staff.

Admission Procedure

Inquiry and Application Form - Parents or guardians interested in enrolling their children at ROOTS School can visit the school office or contact the admission desk to obtain the Application form. The form is also available on the school’s website.

Eligibility Documents Required

Parents are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission Duly Filled Application Form - The completed admission application form must be submitted to the school office.

Fee Payment and Completion of Admission

Once all documents are verified and the admission offer is accepted, parents are required to - Pay the admission fee, along with the first term fees.- Ensure that any pending documents are submitted as per the school’s requirements.
