The effective and responsible governance of our President Mr.P.R. ponnusami, Correspondent Mr. M. Chathu , Treasurer Mr. S. P. Ponnusami and all our trust members set the direction of the school, including goals, purpose , vision and mission. Trust ensures that the school is compliant with charity and integrity.

Well equipped labs , knowledge deepening library with a large stack of books, periodical tests and parents' meeting to upgrade the students, plying school buses in and around Vijayamangalam, conducting exhibitions to bring out the scientific potentials of the students, workshop on sales for Arts group, attending children's health issues immediately, celebrations of Annual Day and Sports Day to recognise the students' achievements and talents and foster a sense of appreciation--all brought in one campus make ROOTS a successful school within 13years of establishment.
